HR Controlling and CompBen Specialist 80-100%, on site
- Improve HR key performance indicator (KPI) systems as well as compensation models
- Prepare regular HR reports and presentations for management and leadership
- Analyze variances, market trends, and regulatory requirements, and make recommendations
- Support personnel budget planning and development
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in the HR area
- Ensure the interface between HR, finance, controlling, IT, etc., to make complex data understandable and advise stakeholders
- Lead and carry out projects related to salary data (pay equity, market analyses, etc.)
- Key User of the internal salary benchmark tool and evaluate Compensation & Benefits functions, processes, and tools
- Regular contact with Swatch Group HQ
- Studies in business management, business informatics, or equivalent training
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the manufacturing industry
- Professional proficiency in Office tools (M365), especially Excel, ERP (SAP/SF), Power BI (AFO)
- Excellent analytical and statistical skills, strong affinity for numbers
- Ability to write technical specifications for the IT team
- Very good communication skills and adaptability to the interlocutor
- Structured and solution-oriented working method
- Sense of initiative, responsibility, and team spirit
- Project management skills, good knowledge of the HR field is an advantage
Perfect command of French and German, both spoken and written.
