Electrical Engineering - more than half a century of experience. We plan electrical, operational, and safety systems and automate buildings. In addition, we take on overall planning, client support, and site management. The Boess Group employs around 125 people. • You create plans and schematics for exciting projects in electrical planning in building construction and/or civil engineering
• You support project managers in concept, planning, and execution
• You realize and implement projects as a specialist site manager
• You work with CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable)
• You develop solutions together in the team and contribute your ideas
• You accompany projects from planning to realization

👉 In short: You are a central part of the planning – not just a contributor.

• Training as an electrical planner EFZ or electrical installer EFZ
• Further training as an electrical project manager installation and safety with a federal certificate of competence or on the way to it (or willingness to complete it)
• First experience in planning or motivation to get familiarized
• Enjoyment of structured, independent work
• Interest in CAD and technical solutions
