Then take the opportunity and become part of our METTLER TOLEDO Graduate Program (m/f/d). In our 18-month graduate program starting on 01.10.2026, you have the unique opportunity to deepen your knowledge and expand your network in three different departments. You will spend six months in each unit to gain comprehensive practical experience and will be supported by the local management. What you bring: Excellent master's degree in business administration, natural sciences, or engineering. First relevant professional experience through internships, working student activities, etc. Entrepreneurial thinking, a "can do" attitude, as well as technical flair. Resilience, commitment, and willingness to go the extra mile. Very good communication skills in German and English. The areas of deployment are versatile and varied, so you get a good overview of the company. The selection of deployment areas is made individually after a successful selection process and is based on your academic background as well as your interests and personal strengths. During the program, you will go through three of five possible units: Unit 1: Laboratory Weighing (LabTec) One of our production organizations where you have the opportunity to gain experience in areas such as R&D, Product Management, Supply Chain Management, or directly in production or engineering. Unit 2: Swiss Market Organization Serves the Swiss market with all products and services of METTLER TOLEDO. Deployment in interesting departments such as Tele-Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Engineering, or our Service Department is available. Unit 3: Group & Corporate Functions Working in a group or corporate function will help you understand how we operate globally. Possible areas of deployment include Global Supply Chain Management, Corporate IT, or our Business Transformation department. Unit 4: Weighing & Instrument Components (MTWIC) Responsible for the industrialization and production of laboratory balances and other high-resolution gravimetric devices, terminals, MFR force sensors, and circuit boards for the entire MT group. You can choose between various areas such as Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or Supply Chain Management. Unit 5: Analytical (MTANA) A production organization where various research and development teams work on innovative projects. In marketing and product management, we work closely with our customers, and in market support, we train our sales and service staff worldwide.
