Your Tasks
- Highly intensive, therapeutically supportive care in 1:1 supervision of patients (m/f/d)
- Close psychiatric care of people with, for example, severe self-harming behavior, acute suicidality, reality distortions or orientation disorders, severe drive disorders, food refusal, etc.
- Ensuring patient safety with the aim of avoiding coercive measures
- Close, legally and performance-relevant documentation
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d); psychiatric specialist training or experience in psychiatric care is an advantage
- A confident, appreciative and empathetic demeanor when dealing with people in acute crisis or exceptional situations
- The ability to provide patients (m/f/d) with stability, security and orientation through calm, consistent actions
- Carefulness and responsibility in seamless, close, transparent documentation of your nursing services
