The Opportunity

What You Can Achieve
Operating and setting up winding machines to manufacture insulating bodies
Careful execution of all production steps such as cutting, inserting, winding, and contacting films
Independent work in a committed team
Documentation of production and process values for quality assurance
Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations is mandatory
Troubleshooting as well as maintenance and servicing of machines
Quality control of manufactured products and ensuring order and cleanliness
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and active participation in improvements
Your Background
High safety and quality awareness as well as reliability
Basic technical understanding and ideally a technical training/continuing education (e.g., as a plant operator)
Willingness to learn and motivation for further development
Teamwork skills and pronounced team spirit
Basic knowledge of German (at least A2, ideally B1/B2)
Experience with pallet trucks, cranes, or lifting platforms is an advantage
