- Be the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide sales and customer advice on TNW tariff offerings.
- Handle orders, debtor invoices, and lost property inquiries.
Skills
- Completed commercial training and 3 years of customer service experience.
- Fluent in German and at least one foreign language.
- Proficient in MS Office and customer-oriented.

Your role with us
- Contact point for written, telephone and personal inquiries
- Sales and customer advice on the entire TNW tariff range, specific sales of national products
- Receipt of orders and processing of debtor invoices
- Handling lost property, simple inquiries about ticket inspection and U-subscription support
- Work deployment 4 days a week (including Saturdays)
This is how you convince
- Completed commercial training, 3 years of professional experience with direct customer contact
- Very good knowledge of the German language as well as at least one other foreign language
- Confident handling of the MS Office suite
- Customer-oriented and independent way of working
- Communicative and friendly appearance
