Requirements
- You are a nursing specialist HF with several years of professional experience and have high nursing as well as pedagogical expertise.
- Ideally, you have further training in vocational education or adult education or are willing to complete it.
- You enjoy supporting apprentices and students and bring advisory and instructional skills.
- You actively shape education, develop learning processes conceptually and solution-oriented, and enjoy helping to shape change processes.
- You convince with a clear understanding of roles, high social and communication skills, as well as teamwork ability.
- You are responsible, resilient, and work in a structured manner.
- You have confident written expression skills and are proficient with common Office programs.
