Your tasks

• You prepare our desserts and baked goods according to recipes
• You ensure the daily mise-en-place and a smooth kitchen start
• You develop creative recipes and sweet highlights
• You comply with HACCP guidelines and ensure a clean kitchen

Your backpack (or suitcase, depending on your travel luggage)

• You have completed training as a pastry chef and/or confectioner
• Your German is perfect, English is a bonus
• Early and late shifts? No problem for you
• You love vegetarian and vegan treats
• Structured, independent, and organized – hygiene is a given for you
