- Ensuring the quality of our product portfolio in the area of special fire systems – which includes hardware devices, mobile and Windows applications up to cloud services
- Analyzing product requirements for the development of test cases (manual and automated)
- Executing test cases (manual or automated) with a risk-based approach and support for Shift Left
- Practical work in building and maintaining our various hardware test systems and long-term tests
- Contributing to the development of test plans and test reports
- Close collaboration with internal and external specialists in cross-functional teams with international composition
- High customer satisfaction thanks to your comprehensive product knowledge and transparent communication
- Part of our Testing Community of Practice, where you can contribute and learn from other test colleagues
What you bring
- Technical basic training with a degree as technician HF, BSc, MSc or engineer FH/ETH in computer science or electrical engineering
- Basic knowledge in creating and implementing test cases and test sets as well as knowledge in test automation
- Basic programming knowledge (preferably object-oriented programming with C#)
- Basic knowledge in handling hardware boards (e.g., serial interfaces, communication protocols, etc.)
- ISTQB certifications desired
- Ideally experience with agile methods
- Structured and quality-conscious way of working
- Quick comprehension and pronounced communication skills
- Willingness to share own knowledge, learn new things, and support each other
- Good knowledge of German and English
