Job Description

Trek Bicycle is a global leader in the manufacture of innovative bikes and accessories. For our Trek Bicycle store in Lausanne, we are looking for an experienced person for a date to be agreed: 

Service Lead 100% (m/f) 

  
You have a passion for exciting cyclists with high-quality products, expert advice, and first-class service. Our goal is to motivate our customers to cycle and offer them an unforgettable riding experience. 

You manage the workshop and lead the organization of daily processes. 

Your main tasks: 

• Provide a high level of hospitality to our customers. 
• Ensure the handling, repairs, and assembly of new bikes sold and for the store 
• Monitor Trek indicators to ensure a profitable workshop. 
• Ensure ongoing training on appropriate techniques and methods 
• Advise our customers on repairs, service packages, and accessories (service advisor) 
• Maintain optimal stock to ensure fast service to customers 
• Actively motivate and excite customers about cycling 
• Participate in the development of service offers and customer loyalty actions 

Your profile is as follows: 

• Passion for cycling and the Bike community 
• Essential experience in the repair and/or assembly of muscle and electric bikes (CFC is a plus) 
• Several years of experience in the bike trade, ideally in a workshop environment
• Professional experience in the sports sector is an advantage 
• Team player, stress resistance, communication skills, organizational talent 
• Conscientious, autonomous, and service-oriented work 
• Motivation for new challenges 
• Participation in customer and partner events of the store 
• Mastery of English is an asset
