For our finance department, we are looking for you as:
Financial Transactions Specialist 100%
Your tasks
- Monthly controls and approvals of management reports
- Daily and monthly reconciliation activities combined with accounting tasks as well as support with monthly and year-end closings
- Monitoring and reconciliation of transactions in the SAP general ledger system and the treasury management system as well as timely payment processing of transactions
- Communication and collaboration with auditors as well as with the IFRS reporting team
- Various quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Project work on new issuances/renewals of ABS transactions
- Various reconciliation tasks with Germany and headquarters in France
Your profile
- Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ with experience in finance or a completed degree with a focus on finance
- Professional experience in a comparable function
- Experience in a hub function with many coordination tasks
- Analytical, structured, and precise way of working
- Very independent working style, decisive and proactive
- Communicative and resilient personality
- Very good MS Office skills
- In addition to fluent German, you speak English and preferably French
