Your tasks
- Operational management of the team at the Beach Bath Auslikon
- Scheduling in consultation with the pool and grounds management, coordination of work and time tracking
- Operation and maintenance of the facility
- Participation in shift work during the bathing season
- Coordination of the cash register operations with occasional relief at the cash desk
- Participation in projects
Your profile
- Completed vocational training preferably in a technical-craft field and administrative skills
- Current Pro Pool SLRG brevet with CPR/BLS or igba PRO brevet and, if possible, See SLRG brevet or willingness to obtain it
- Leadership experience in shift work
- Excellent social skills, high service orientation, and courteous demeanor
- Willingness to work flexible hours (evening and weekend shifts)
- Customer-oriented, precise, and independent working style, flexibility, and resilience
- Very good German skills, good written and oral expression
