Planner - MT/LV Technical Planner

As a local player, the Technical and Infrastructure Department, thanks to its expertise, is the reference partner for multi-technical projects in the fields of installations, electrical panels and infrastructures, telecommunications, multimedia, solar, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitary, water treatment, as well as maintenance of installations.
Mission:
Within the "infrastructure" technical office, based in Matran, you will be responsible for responding to calls for tenders in the following areas:
Private medium voltage installations
Industrial / road / railway electrical infrastructures
- Analyze tender documents and propose solutions adapted both technically and financially
- Study/calculate/prepare offer files, bids, and public contracts, notably:
- Search for, propose, and negotiate with efficient suppliers in collaboration with the purchasing department
- Develop and/or check execution plans and files with diagrams and technical details
- Compare offers with the gross margin result
- Promote, develop, and maintain commercial relationships with various parties or stakeholders: specifiers, public authorities, industry, crafts, and private sector
- Prepare and organize project kick-off and post-calculation meetings
- Apply current standards, guarantee and continuously ensure that all safety measures are properly applied and taken into account at the workplace to ensure employee health
Profile:
- Training such as CFC network electrician / planner / electrician installer
- Ideally complemented by a federal diploma in the field
- Native German speaker or bilingual DE-FR with a good level of French
- Comfortable with financial analysis and monitoring
- Sense of initiative, anticipation, responsibility, and client contact
- In-depth knowledge of standards and safety rules in the medium voltage field
- Mastery of IT tools in the field
- Technical solution orientation, customer satisfaction, and cost control
