YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- You are responsible for deadlines and costs during the processing of complex, international large-scale projects in rail vehicle construction
- You take the lead in customer support, working closely with the technical project management
- You monitor project-related budget and schedule targets
- You coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration of all areas along the value chain
- You are the interface for various stakeholders and can sustainably motivate your team members
- You represent and embody our values and culture as a role model both internally and externally
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- You have a passion for realizing fascinating and international special vehicle projects in rail transport
- You have completed a higher technical education (FHS, HF, University), ideally with business management training
- You can score in the handling of demanding projects in vehicle or plant construction with negotiation skills and a confident appearance with our customers
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of the railway industry and bring several years of professional experience in handling customer orders
- You communicate not only with strong negotiation skills in German - but ideally also in Italian and/or English (level C1 in spoken and written)
- You enjoy business trips (approx. 25% travel activity)
