Dipl. Nurse / Dipl. Nurse Outpatient Clinic 80 - 100%

For the Baden Outpatient Clinic, we are looking for you as of April 1, 2026, or by arrangement

• You provide outpatient case management for patients (with a medical background)
• You recognize emergency and crisis situations, support the patients, and initiate the necessary coping and treatment steps in consultation with the medical background
• You perform networking work with referring agencies, relatives, employers, and specialist offices
• You are responsible for ordering and depot injections
• You see yourself as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team and work with various professional groups (doctors, psychologists, social workers, etc.)
• You document your services and take on administrative tasks

• Completed training as a certified nurse FH/HF with psychiatric experience (preferably in the social psychiatric environment)
• Enjoyment of multifaceted work with patients
• Enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
• Good role understanding in case management as well as the ability to reflect
• Independent working style and flexibility
