Do you enjoy working in housekeeping/laundry and like to pass this on to young people? Perfect! You can expect regular working hours as well as a motivated team that gladly shares its knowledge and trains young people.
To complement our team, we are looking for a laundry employee 100% starting June 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your main tasks include:
- Guiding and supporting apprentices in practical work in the laundry
- Responsibility for a work area (rotating)
- Maintaining observation journals, writing reports
- Co-responsibility for the training of apprentices
- Co-responsibility for the execution of laundry orders
- Serving customers
What matters:
- A completed vocational training EFZ (housekeeping or comparable field)
- Good oral and written German skills.
- Interest and joy in working and collaborating with young people with special support needs aged between 15-25 years.
- Empathetic, consistent, and patient behavior in dealing with apprentices
- Taking co-responsibility for the training of apprentices
- Resource- and solution-oriented work
- Personal resilience, teamwork skills, and good manners.
- Maintaining a reliable working style with high quality awareness.
