Tasks

Care and support of people with dementia in the geriatric psychiatric setting within the corresponding competence level of the skill & grade mix
Design and management of the nursing process in the key worker role with the patient, relatives, as well as internal and external professionals
Implementation of milieu- and nursing therapeutic work
Collaboration with relatives within the framework of family-centered care
Action in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations
Co-design and implementation of change processes

Profile

Professional experience in psychiatry, somatics and/or in the geriatric field
Solid experience and enjoyment in dealing with people with dementia
High professional, social and personal competence and structured way of working
Willingness to support change processes, to embrace new things and actively shape changes
Good German and PC skills
For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
