About the job

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist (100%) as soon as possible

Tasks that will challenge you:

• Planning and implementation of all marketing tasks and measures according to the 4 Marketing Ps („Product“, „Price“, „Promotion“, „Place“); in particular:
• Creation of the annual advertisement and social media content plan as well as creation of social media content including ongoing posting and reposting
• Planning, execution, and control of marketing campaigns as well as international, national, and local events
• Writing advertising texts and creating content for newsletters, sales folders, advertising campaigns, social media, and the company website
• Design of flyers, advertisements, and other sales aids
• Design, implementation, and procurement of merchandising and giveaway materials
• Central interface function to the marketing department of SIG SAUER Inc. USA
• Creating dealer information on products / price lists and conditions
• Planning and execution of internal events and company tours as well as active participation in internal occasions
• Handling sponsorship activities and inquiries
• Cost control and co-responsibility for compliance with the marketing budget

Requirements:

• Solid marketing education and at least 3 years of professional experience in marketing
• Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as industry-standard programs in the creative/design area (Adobe Creative Cloud) including photoshoots, prop shots, video editing, and editing. Additional knowledge in web shop setup is desirable.
• High affinity for creative tasks and strong communication skills
• Service-oriented team player with a hands-on mentality, high self-organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High internal customer orientation with joy in cross-departmental collaboration in general and enthusiasm for the sales area in particular
• Native German speaker, fluent English skills in spoken and written form are mandatory; additional language skills in French and/or Italian are an advantage
• Prior knowledge in the areas of weapons, optics, ammunition, and weapon accessories is an advantage (but not a requirement). A flawless reputation is expected
