What you can achieve
- Coaching apprentices during their training or after dropping out
- Collaboration in implementing the new Case Management Vocational Education (CMBB) concept
- Responsibility for organizing expert individual support (FiB) for EBA apprentices

- Assistance in organizing public events such as apprenticeship markets, vocational trainers' experience exchange
Note on workload
- Workdays: Tuesday fixed, other days can be flexibly scheduled
What distinguishes you for this
- Completed initial training with several years of professional experience
- Recognized further education in social, pedagogical, or psychological field
- Experience in coaching/advising/case management
- Experience or strong interest in vocational education topics
- Good access to young people, high social competence
- Very good communication skills and resilience
- Journalistic and organizational flair
- Special flair for the German language in spoken and written form
- Enjoyment in capturing newspaper articles, specialist texts, portraits, etc.
