Recruitment Specialist (m/f/d) 50%

To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a committed personality for the Aarau location as maternity cover by agreement until February 2027 as a Recruitment Specialist.

• You independently conduct interviews in close cooperation with the line managers and act as a competent contact person for advice 
• You take over the preselection of applications including telephone clarifications and obtain references 
• You create and publish job advertisements 
• You maintain the entire applicant administration including applicant correspondence 
• You organize medical and psychological initial assessments as well as trial days and assessments 
• You work on HR marketing and employer branding projects as needed

• Several years of practical experience in personnel recruitment as well as sound knowledge of the challenges in personnel acquisition 
• Specialist training in the field of Human Resources or recruitment 
• Negotiation skills as well as excellent communication and coordination skills 
• Discreet, proactive, independent, and flexible personality with high social and advisory competence 
• Excellent German skills in spoken and written form 
• Willingness for occasional travel to external locations (e.g., Zofingen)
