Recruitment Specialist (m/f/d) 50%

To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a committed personality for the Aarau location as maternity cover by agreement until February 2027 as a Recruitment Specialist.
Your tasks
- You independently conduct interviews in close cooperation with the line managers and act as a competent contact person for advice
- You take over the preselection of applications including telephone clarifications and obtain references
- You create and publish job advertisements
- You maintain the entire applicant administration including applicant correspondence
- You organize medical and psychological initial assessments as well as trial days and assessments
- You work on HR marketing and employer branding projects as needed
Your profile
- Several years of practical experience in personnel recruitment as well as sound knowledge of the challenges in personnel acquisition
- Specialist training in the field of Human Resources or recruitment
- Negotiation skills as well as excellent communication and coordination skills
- Discreet, proactive, independent, and flexible personality with high social and advisory competence
- Excellent German skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness for occasional travel to external locations (e.g., Zofingen)
