Your Tasks:
- Analyze and document technical & procedural customer requirements in close coordination with customers, internal teams, and suppliers
- Moderate workshops and meetings for requirement alignment
- Ensure consistency, completeness, and traceability of all requirements in the product development process
- Create requirement profiles for new solutions and adaptations of existing products/processes
- Design, implement, and optimize processes – including identifying weaknesses, developing new solutions, and documenting in coordination with quality management
- Support the implementation of aerospace standards (e.g., EN9100, ISO 9001)
- Close collaboration with customers and suppliers: technical clarifications, participation in audits, risk analyses
- Identify process weaknesses and derive improvement measures (e.g., through Lean, Six Sigma, or FMEA methods)
- Active interface coordination between sales, development, quality, purchasing, and production to ensure smooth project implementation
Your Profile:
- Completed technical studies Master/Diploma, e.g., in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering
- Experience in requirements engineering and process management, ideally in aerospace
- Knowledge of relevant standards and methods (EN9100, ISO 9001, Lean/Six Sigma)
- Confident handling of MS Office, ideally SAP knowledge
- Strong communication and moderation skills, analytical and solution-oriented thinking
- Pronounced problem-solving competence and systematic approach
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and abroad

Your Tasks:
- Analyze and document technical and process-related customer requirements in close coordination with customers, internal teams, and suppliers
- Facilitate workshops and meetings for requirement alignment

- Prepare requirement specifications for new solutions and adaptations of existing products/processes
- Design, implement, and optimize processes – including identifying weaknesses, developing new solutions, and documenting them in coordination with Quality Management
- Support the implementation of aerospace standards (e.g., EN9100, ISO 9001)
- Collaborate closely with customers and suppliers: technical clarifications, participation in audits, and risk analyses
- Identify process weaknesses and derive improvement measures (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or FMEA methods)
- Actively coordinate interfaces between Sales, Development, Quality, Purchasing, and Production to ensure smooth project execution
Your Profile:
- Master /Diplom Degree in engineering, e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in requirements engineering and process management, ideally in the aerospace sector
- Knowledge of relevant standards and methods (EN9100, ISO 9001, Lean/Six Sigma)
- Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic working approach
- Advanced German and English skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
