During the training ...

... you will get to know all departments/stations of the kitchen as a cook, such as the pâtisserie, the garde manger, or the entremetier, or you will become a professional in and around upscale guest service as a specialist in restaurant & event catering.
... as a cook, you will be taught the proper preparation and plating of dishes, as well as the nutritional significance of food.
... or you will gain insights into the planning and execution of various events such as weddings, conferences, and large events.
... as a cook, you will learn the respective mise-en-place for your station, as well as the preparation of various dishes and meals.
... by the end of the training, you will understand the complex interaction of all kitchen stations and departments of the house.

Our framework conditions:

A weekly working time of 39 hours.
Overtime can be compensated in the form of time off through our working time account.
We take care of cleaning the cook's clothing for you.
