As Head of Finance, you take on a central role in the executive board and contribute with expertise, foresight, and commitment to the sustainable development of our institution.
Your tasks
- Operational management of the finance department
- Budgeting, financial planning, annual financial statements (Swiss GAAP FER), and liquidity management
- Financial controlling, reporting, and support of the executive board and board of directors
- Further development of processes, strategies, systems, and the department
Your profile
- Degree in business administration (FH) or as an expert in accounting and controlling or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a social or education-related environment
- Communicative, empathetic, and resilient personality
- IT affinity, ideally experience with Abacus
