Requirements
Completed apprenticeship and experience in well-maintained gastronomy, preferably in à-la-carte and banquet areas as well as in all positions, host by conviction, joy in a first-class, unusual operation that is known far beyond the region not only for its culinary achievements, versatile, resilient, quality-conscious, and flexible. You speak German and French.
