How your everyday life looks
- You work with geriatric patients and residents in different health situations
- The Fürstenau C station has three areas:
- In the bridge offer ThurvitaCare, patients are prepared for their return home
- Terminally ill people are cared for and accompanied individually and competently in our palliative care offer
- Long-term residents find a livable home on the station
- You are responsible as a permanent night watch for a high-quality implementation, evaluation, and documentation of care at night
What excites Thurvita about you
- Recognized diploma in Switzerland as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH and very good German language skills
- Further training in Palliative Care is desirable
- Solid nursing expertise and experience in accompanying dying people
