We are a technical planning team looking for a dedicated and motivated team member to complement our professional team. Your tasks include the conceptual planning of all important ground times in Zurich and Geneva (Letter Checks, Engine Changes, MODs, MP Hangar Tasks, etc.).

Tasks
In this role, you are the planning contact person for various internal and external departments (e.g., production, material planning, aircraft operations, shops, etc.). You will work in a team Monday to Friday during office hours. Partial home office is also possible.
- Planning of Letter Checks, Line-/Hangar Maintenance, Life Limited Parts, component exchange in ZRH/GVA within the due date and available resources for the LX/EDW fleet
- Active and conceptual implementation of operational changes affecting pre-planned maintenance times on the ground
- Coordination of slots with Tail Assignment and Scheduling
- Planning from a conceptual and cost-oriented perspective
- Planning of activities of external parties
- Monitoring the AMOS forecast
- Attending / leading meetings for projects
- Leading special projects across the fleets (e.g., Engine Campaign, Special Modification, Phase in / -out, etc.)

Requirements
- Several years of practical experience in aviation
- Technical basic training
- Planning experience in aircraft maintenance (advantageous but not necessary)
- Planning and analytical thinking skills (systemic thinking)
- Maintain a positive attitude (even in stressful situations)
- High attention to detail
- Independent working and striving for continuous improvement
- Good basic IT skills (MS Office, Excel, etc.) / AMOS knowledge (advantage)
- Fluent German and English skills, spoken and written
