What to expect
- You are responsible for the strategic, financial (achieving sales & contribution margin) and operational responsibility for our range in the area of Acer notebooks & PCs as well as Panasonic Toughbooks
- This includes assortment design and recording your article master data, as well as analyzing the business strengths and weaknesses in your assortment
- You constantly analyze the market (GfK), recognize trends and use market opportunities in a targeted manner
- You negotiate purchasing conditions with our strategic suppliers and ensure competitive and attractive pricing
- You are responsible for procurement, availability, as well as professional advice for key accounts for products and services
- You negotiate contracts and conditions, e.g. at annual meetings with your partners
- You make smart decisions for our different sales channels, B2C, B2B as well as retail
- You plan marketing measures in cooperation with manufacturers and our Category Marketing Manager
What you bring with you
- You preferably have a completed commercial training (or Bachelor or Master, ideally in business-related fields) and already have experience in product management
- Professional experience and enthusiasm in dealing with PC & notebook products in the IT or lifestyle environment
- You are analytically strong, well organized and do not lose your sense of humor even in hectic situations
- Your environment knows and appreciates you as an ambitious team player who also thinks "out of the box"
- You have demonstrably proven your negotiation skills, your communication skills and confident appearance help you with this
- Your German is stylistically secure and you need good English skills for communication with the manufacturer
- MS Office applications and a pivot table are not foreign words to you
- A good sense of customer needs and your enthusiasm for e-commerce are of course present
- Experience in project work is an advantage
