Coordinator Tandem Program "come together" (70%)

For the period from June 2026 to March 2027, we are looking for a committed, empathetic, and service-oriented personality as a maternity cover in the role of Coordinator Tandem Program "come together" (70%).

The tandem program "come together" is one of seven offerings in the Migration area and is implemented within the framework of the support system for refugees (IAZH). In the program, volunteers accompany adult refugees in building social contacts, networking, and finding access to social services. The focus is on the districts of Winterthur and Andelfingen. For the coordination of this effective offering, we are looking for a communicative, independent, and implementation-strong personality with organizational talent who enjoys working with volunteers starting June 2026.

This is what you will achieve with us

Clarification interviews with interested volunteers and participants as well as precise matching of the tandems
Organization and accompaniment of initial meetings as well as continuous support of the tandems during the program duration
Recruitment, personnel management, as well as professional support and accompaniment of the volunteers
Planning and execution of information and introductory events, exchange meetings for volunteers, and group events for program participants
Active networking and public relations work in the regional environment
Careful administration, file management, and ensuring comprehensible documentation

This is how you convince us

Degree in social sciences (FH/UH), social pedagogy, socio-cultural animation (HF), adult education (federal certificate trainer) or an equivalent qualification
Experience working with volunteers as well as several years of professional experience in the transcultural field
Independent, structured, and reliable working style with a strong implementation focus
Confident appearance as well as pronounced social and communicative skills
Resource-oriented, appreciative attitude and pronounced ability to reflect
Willingness to work partially irregular hours in the early evening (Tuesday/Wednesday as fixed working days)
Connection to the Winterthur/Andelfingen region is an advantage
