Your mission
- Perform varied internal audit, internal control, risk management, and governance assignments, with different levels of responsibility depending on the mission.
- Coach and collaborate with other Forvis Mazars service lines.
- Occasionally contribute to ancillary activities: marketing, commercial offers, digital, data, recruitment according to talents and interests.
Your profile
- You hold a university degree (Bachelor in economics and finance or equivalent).
- You have proven experience (minimum 2 years) in internal audit and/or internal control.
- You possess certifications (acquired or in progress) in internal audit, risk, internal control (CIA, CRMA, CFE, CISA).
- You master IT tools (MS Office and more) and have strong data analysis skills. Mastery of advanced Microsoft tools is a plus (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Query, Copilot).
- You have a passion for people, teamwork, and developing your teammates.
- You know how to listen, adapt to changing environments, and understand processes in various sectors.
- You have a service mindset and practical sense.
- You can communicate both orally and in writing.
- You are proficient in English and French at a professional level (oral and written). German is a plus.
- You are curious and enjoy learning daily.
- You have excellent synthesis and analytical skills.
- You are open to possible travel within Switzerland and abroad.
