Advising Sarah and Louis on financing their car, opening an account for little Théa who has just been born, helping Isabelle prepare for her retirement or Mehdi finance his studies… On a daily basis, as well as during key moments in life, you support your clients in developing their projects.
You join a warm, supportive team and your manager will guide you throughout your journey to develop a high level of expertise recognized among our advisors
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
• Supporting and advising your clients by offering products and investments tailored to their needs (mortgage loan, savings, consumer credit, insurance, etc.) to build customer loyalty
• Contributing to the dynamism of your agency by developing your portfolio through acquiring new clients and their recommendations
• Analyzing your clients’ financial situation and the risks related to transactions
• Working in synergy with experts within the Bank to support you in your clients’ specific projects (wealth management, zero-interest loans, etc.)
• Developing clients’ autonomy by promoting digital tools to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.

• You know how to persuade and demonstrate pedagogy towards your clients

• Organized and rigorous, you know how to prioritize your actions
You have 2 years or more experience in managing a portfolio of individual clients in the banking sector. You have financial, legal, and tax skills related to your activity.
Within 6 months of starting your position, you may be required to obtain the AMF certification.
