What you ideally bring with you
We are not looking for perfect resumes, but people with substance.
What is important to us:

A completed basic education, possibly already supplemented by a HF or FH degree

Interest in digitization, technology, IT solutions or business processes

Enjoyment of responsibility, customer contact and collaboration

The ability to make complex topics understandable

Initiative, reliability and the desire to do things better than yesterday

Very good knowledge of German or French (C1) as well as good knowledge of the other national language
-
English at least B2, Italian is a plus – not a must
