Preparation of authentic Indian dishes from various regions of India

Independent organization and execution of à la carte and group services

Compliance with our high quality and hygiene standards

Participation in the development of new dishes and menu ideas

Close collaboration with a young, international kitchen team

Completed training as a cook with specialization in Indian cuisine

Many years of professional experience in India and ideally experience in European kitchen operations

In-depth knowledge of regional Indian cooking traditions and ingredients

Creativity, responsibility, and teamwork skills

Good English skills; German skills are an advantage

You already live in Switzerland or within Europe (desirable)

A responsible, varied activity in a lively restaurant operation (open 7 days)
