Administrative Secretary with a focus on the bankruptcy office as well as counter and telephone service with a workload of 80 - 100%, starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement
Your area of responsibility
Your field of work is versatile: As the person primarily responsible for the bankruptcy office, you open new cases, invite to bankruptcy hearings, administratively conduct the bankruptcy hearings on the day of the hearing, and subsequently prepare and send court decisions. Your workplace is at the counter area, where you receive parties and legal representatives for hearings and receive and process inquiries from those seeking legal assistance. In addition, you provide telephone information, support the team with physical and electronic mail processing, and assist with opening new cases. Furthermore, you manage office supplies and take care of orders.
Your profile
For this responsible position, we are looking for a professional, friendly, reliable, flexible, and team-oriented personality with commercial training or a completed apprenticeship with additional commercial training as well as a strong service orientation. The most important requirements for this versatile activity are a quick grasp, good user knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel), and very good German skills in spoken and written form. Foreign language skills are an advantage. Your tasks require an independent, efficient, and very careful working style, even in hectic times. Experience at a court, in administration, or in a law firm is an advantage; an interest in legal issues as well as an impeccable reputation are prerequisites.
