Quality Management Specialist 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Further development of our quality and hygiene concepts (HACCP, Process FMEA, software validation)
• Analysis and improvement of existing internal QA processes (LEAN approach, digitization, quality circles)
• Active quality monitoring together with internal interfaces in production, logistics, and purchasing
• Monitoring and compliance with material specifications, changed food standards, as well as conducting conformity checks
• Creating and revising internal and customer-specific test instructions and test plans
• Targeted involvement in quality-relevant customer inquiries
• Organizing and conducting quality and hygiene training
• Development to deputy head of quality management with exciting tasks and projects

Your Profile

• Completed technical or chemical vocational training, preferably with further education in quality assurance
• High quality awareness with good technical understanding
• Initial experience in risk management (product and process risks)
• Very good German and English skills
• Very independent and solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills
• Enjoyment in finding solutions in a dynamic environment
