QUALIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT

Activity rate: 70%
Profile sought
TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Certified nursing assistant training, AFP-ASA or equivalent training.
- Spoken and written French language.
- 3 years of experience with elderly people.
- Knowledge and mastery of the SADIES-DIR software and basic computer tools desired.
TECHNICAL SKILLS (Knowledge and Know-how)
- Provide hygiene and comfort care under the responsibility of the ASSC and the nurse.
- Take care of the Resident's clothes and material environment.
- Skills in palliative care and end-of-life support desired.
- Sense of observation, analytical and synthesis skills.
- Organizational skills, ability to take initiatives.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS (Know-how to be)
- Value the abilities, resources, and potential of Residents by promoting their autonomy in daily life activities.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to communicate assertively.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Flexibility, split shifts, weekend work, physical endurance.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary environment.
