Your Tasks
- Receiving incoming calls and inquiries
- Providing information on report status, preanalytics, and recording additional requests
- Checking and verifying completeness and plausibility of incoming orders
- Preparing samples for forwarding to the respective specialist departments
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality guidelines
- Shipping of sample takers and sampling materials
Your Profile
- Completed training in a medical or commercial field, e.g., as a Medical Technologist (m/f/d) for Laboratory Analytics (MTL/MTA-L), for Functional Diagnostics (MTF/MTA-F), BTA, CTA, PTA, or MFA
- Career changers (m/f/d) and career starters (m/f/d) are expressly welcome
- Ideally, first experience in the field of laboratory diagnostics
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally laboratory software or KIS systems
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with senders
- Reliability, team spirit, and flexibility
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Class B driving license
