- Guest Experiences: You handle individual guest requests for aperitifs or birthdays and ensure the "special touch".
- Amenity Management: Coordination of guest attentions with front office and room service, including payment processing via "Saferpay" and "Opera".
- Front-Line Support: When needed, you actively support our team directly in service and stay close to the guest.
- Quality Ambassador: You ensure compliance with the highest standards (LQA and Forbes Travel Guide) and professionally handle guest feedback and complaints.
- Administrative Excellence: Preparation of company invoices and general correspondence (office share approx. 80–90%).
Who you are
- Foundation: Completed hotel or commercial training as well as professional experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury hospitality.
