Your activities

Identify, in collaboration with client advisors, business transfer opportunities
Advise and support clients throughout Romandy in all aspects of business transfer (purchase and sale)
Take responsibility for the transaction, from the first meeting to the conclusion of the transaction
Structure financing and prepare credit applications in collaboration with credit analysis
Ensure coordination between internal and external specialists and partners
Work within a Valiant Bank branch to be determined based on possibilities and your place of residence
Possibility of teleworking and working in another Valiant Bank branch depending on your travels

You have

Basic training in financial services, complemented by a ES diploma (Higher School of Banking and Finance), HES (Bachelor or Master) or university degree (Bachelor or Master), CAS in Mergers, Acquisitions and Business Transfers or equivalent experience
In-depth knowledge of business transfer, ideally accompanied by practical experience
Analytical mind, negotiation skills and results orientation
Rigorous working method and goal- and results-oriented approach
Good interpersonal skills and a taste for contact
Availability for travel in the Romandy region
Native French speaker, with good oral and written knowledge of German, an asset
