The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is an inter-cantonal reference hospital, bringing together more than 2,000 collaborators. The Rennaz Hospital Center has more than 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatrics and Rehabilitation Clinics as well as two medical on-call services. You embody the hospital's nursing function. Within the management committee, you are responsible for the organization of care. Together with your managers and in close collaboration with the medical management, you develop the clinical policy and translate it into daily practice through a meaningful and efficient organization.
You establish strong links with our socio-health partners and promote the quality of the patient experience. You engage in research and the continuous development of nursing care and medico-technical professions. You support our strong involvement in the initial, ongoing, and specialized training of professionals.
