Job Description

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual with technical understanding and strong customer orientation at our location in Buttikon (SZ). In this role, you will take responsibility for supporting our service focus customers in the hydraulics sector and actively drive the strategic service business together with sales and engineering.

Your main tasks include:

• You proactively advise our customers on service offerings and conduct regular visits.
• In collaboration with the sales team, you clarify service issues and support solution finding.
• You inspect installed components directly on site and provide well-founded recommendations for action.
• You identify potentials for new services early and develop customer-specific concepts together with the team.
• Preparing offers and calculations is part of your daily routine, as well as the technical and economic feasibility assessment.
• You ensure that offers and orders match, document deviations, and find solutions together with the specialist departments.
• During installations and commissioning, you take over coordination and execution and ensure everything runs smoothly – including careful preparation and follow-up.

Qualifications

Education: Completed training in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or electrical engineering with several years of professional experience

Personality and Working Style: Independence and initiative, high mobility and flexibility, analytical approach, confident customer handling

Experience and Know-How: Device and system knowledge in hydraulics and/or automation technology, SAP knowledge

Languages: German, English & French advantageous
