WORKS SUPERVISOR (M/F) - 80-100%

Desired profile

Training in Landscaping, Civil Engineering or considered equivalent (CFC, ES, HES or equivalent)

Proven experience in the profession

Experience in team management or supervision

Good mastery of trade techniques and plan reading

Knowledge of safety standards

Ability to organize and plan work

Leadership and ability to motivate a team

Sense of responsibility and initiative

Rigor and autonomy

Good communication and conflict management

Stress resistance and responsiveness to unforeseen events

Your mission

Plan and organize work on the site according to plans and deadlines

Supervise and coordinate teams of workers and subcontractors

Control the quality of work performed and compliance with technical standards

Ensure strict compliance with safety rules on the site

Ensure proper use of equipment and tools

Manage material supply and stock monitoring

Prepare daily or weekly reports on work progress

Identify and quickly resolve problems or unforeseen events on the site

Train and support less experienced employees

Participate in site meetings and coordination with other trades

• Establish measurements and enter them into our software
