Senior Physician and Deputy Chief Physician 60-100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Professional and personnel co-management of the child and adolescent psychiatric outpatient clinic Lucerne including specialist consultations (6 treatment teams consisting of medical and psychological specialists as well as secretarial staff)
- Conducting and evaluating integrated psychiatric-psychotherapeutic assessments and treatments
- Co-design and implementation of projects for professional and institutional development
- Monitoring of departmental goals
- Networking and exchange with external referrers and specialist agencies
- Research and teaching at the University of Lucerne
Your Profile
- Specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Organizational talent, ideally with leadership experience
- Strong team orientation and positive collegial nature
- Enjoyment of responsibility and further development of a large own area
- Proven long-term scientific and methodological interests
- Interest in quality development
