- Support and relief of nursing professionals in organizing the daily routine of the ward
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of milieu therapeutic activities and nursing tasks
- Intensive cooperation with the nursing and treatment team

- Health Specialist EFZ with professional experience, preferably in psychiatry
- Motivated professional with pronounced professional, social, and personal competence
