Your Tasks

Concept and Organization

• Conceptual Development: You think along, contribute ideas, and thus help to further develop our offerings. Stakeholder Management and Organization: You support the establishment and maintenance of systematic stakeholder management (participants, lecturers)

Course Administration

• Course Administration: You are responsible for the independent handling of course administration from A to Z: invitations, invoicing, rebookings, cancellations, participation certificates, and certificates
• Course Execution and Support: You take care of the participants as well as coordinate and support the lecturers. You also ensure prepared course rooms, organized break catering, and handle all organizational details such as hotel and taxi bookings as well as obtaining necessary documents.

What You Bring

• Experience: Experience in course administration and event organization
• Working Style: Very good organizational skills, structured and reliable working style
• Personality: Enjoyment in dealing with people, pronounced service orientation as well as team spirit and motivation to develop yourself professionally and personally
• Digital Know-how: Confident handling of digital tools and affinity for new technologies
• Flexibility: You bring willingness for occasional weekend shifts
