Completed vocational training in the main construction industry
Professional experience as a foreman in earthworks/demolition is an advantage
Strong quality and cost awareness
Organizational flair and above-average willingness to work
Customer-oriented, communicative, and sociable
Good German language skills, both spoken and written
Driving license category B
