Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF Focus Psychiatry 60-80%

Your tasks

• You care for and support psychiatric clients at home
• You take over case management and care organization for the clients assigned to you
• You care for client situations and their environment holistically and work closely with the extended network (psychiatry, authorities, etc.)
• You conduct psychiatric initial assessments (RAI-Mental Health) as well as care planning

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF Focus Psychiatry or experience in psychiatry
• Empathy, congruence, and mindfulness for our clients
• Flexibility in work organization
• Driver's license and own car
