Team Leader Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII 100% for the Protected Unit / Deputy Head of Nursing and Care
Your Tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team
- Responsible for organising ward operations, implementing work processes, and duty planning with Polypoint PEP
- Assuming tasks as the daily person in charge
- Planning and leading team meetings as well as participating in interdisciplinary reports
- Holistic care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
- Taking on tasks as a subject matter expert in a specialised topic and thus contributing to the group-wide network for nursing quality
- Co-responsibility in recruiting new employees
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Experience working with people with dementia is desirable
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
