• You are active in the three most important strategic initiatives and help us implement them
• You support the Distribution Transformation and Controlling team in various projects and topics
• In the area of communication, you support stakeholders by developing concepts on diverse topics and implement them together with them
• You actively drive the transformation of distribution forward and accompany the implementation within the organization
• You organize and coordinate workshops, leadership meetings, and information events, taking an active role
• You maintain close collaboration with various departments and coordinate stakeholder requirements with the product teams according to AXA Switzerland's agile approach
• You assist in the implementation of new products, tools, processes, job profiles, and activities for our sales support points and the entire sales force

• You are a university graduate or about to graduate
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and are equally motivated to work independently as well as in a team
• A dynamic and fast-paced environment excites you; you maintain full overview even in stressful situations and convince with a structured and careful working style
• You possess strong conceptual and analytical skills and a high quality awareness
• You have entrepreneurial, networked, as well as solution-oriented thinking and acting
• You have a healthy ambition with the ability to assert yourself and are ready to commit above average
• You master the MS Office suite perfectly
• You have excellent German and good English skills. French and Italian are an advantage
