The Directorate of Construction, Engineering, Technical and Safety of CHUV is looking for an HVAC Project Manager - Specialized Technician C at 100% at the Directorate of Construction, Engineering, Technical and Safety of CHUV (CIT-S). The starting date is scheduled for September 1, 2025, or to be agreed upon.

The University Hospital of Vaud (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals, ranked by Newsweek as one of the best hospitals in the world (https://www.newsweek.com/2019/04/05/10-best-hospitals-world-1368512.html). Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
The Directorate of Construction, Engineering, Technical and Safety of CHUV (CIT-S) has as its main activities the operation, maintenance, construction, engineering, technical assistance, and consulting within its vast real estate portfolio of more than 250 buildings in the canton of Vaud.
CIT-S manages a very rich range of projects, including the repurposing and transformation of various spaces, the construction or modernization of laboratories, administrative spaces, care rooms, meeting rooms, and many others.

Mission
- You implement and sustain energy consumption reduction measures
- You analyze the consumption of the clean rooms at CHUV and propose savings measures
- You ensure the evolution of the building metering plan for buildings owned by the institution
- You collaborate on specific "Energy Performance Action" measures
- You work in an environment subject to a Quality Management System.
Profile
- You hold a Bachelor of Engineering HES HVAC or an equivalent recognized title
- You have solid experience in the operation of technical installations and hospital construction: 10 years
- You are familiar with energy management techniques (desired experience: 5 years)
- You have knowledge of standards, laws, and regulations related to the professions
- You possess a team spirit and personal willingness for self-training
- You master the main office and professional computer tools.
