The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical, and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 220 clients.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for the Riding Farm Rüti in Grub AR:
Employee: Horse and Farm (80 - 100%)
Your tasks:
- Ensuring a professionally correct, calm, and horse-friendly handling of the animals
- Active participation in agriculture and during stable work
- Collaboration with internal (residential groups, housekeeping, administration, caretakers of other locations) and external parties (craftsmen, suppliers, etc.)
- Care of our clients in the day structure
- Giving riding lessons
You bring with you:
- Basic horse training, preferably also with care training
- Experience in handling horses
- Administrative and organizational skills as well as good IT knowledge
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Helpful, benevolent attitude towards clients
- Driver's license category B
- Independence, a high degree of flexibility for special assignments (e.g., on-call duties) and willingness to work weekends/holidays
- Teamwork, sense of responsibility, and humor
